ESCP2021 restream event
ASCP2021 - the workshop on single cell sample preparation
From the single cell to the proteome
Going beyond via advanced sample preparation.
17 June, 7 am - 10 am CEST
Comprehensive single cell technologies are and will continue to shape modern biology ranging from basic science towards clinical research. Recent advances in high throughput technology-driven approaches allowed the global characterization of mammalian single cells. These pioneering developments provide essential information about cellular heterogeneity and the complexity of cellular interactions.
We want to offer a thriving environment for scientists interested in newest technological advances and novel strategies in MS-based proteomics. This year’s virtual event focuses on recent advances in sample preparation to overcome limitations in single cell proteomics workflows. Learn more from leading experts in the field introducing innovative methods and applications for the quantitative analysis of MS-based single cell proteomics. Furthermore, we will host a Q&A sessions focusing on advantages, bottlenecks and future applications of single cell technologies.
