Post-translational modifications, from sample preparation to dedicated data interpretation methods and tools

Introduction

General information

Post-translational modifications of proteins are crucial for the regulation of many cellular processes and their characterization is a major application area of mass spectrometry-based proteomics. The course program will focus on PTMs characterization and cover all steps of the workflows, from sample preparation to MS acquisition and data processing tools and methods. Participants will be invited to give flash presentations and open discussions with the invited specialists will be highly encouraged.
